Biography
Ann Harding, Project Manager has worked for SWITCH since 2007. Ann is responsible for Application Services in GN3plus, including AAI/eduGAIN, eduroam and eduCONF. Previously, Ann was Activity Leader of SA2 Multi-Domain Network Services in GN3, responsible for delivery of perfSONAR, Bandwidth on Demand and other multidomain services. At SWITCH, her responsibilities have included service management and the development of service-specific key performance indicators. Before joining SWITCH, Ann worked for HEAnet from 2000 to 2007, as a network engineer and, from 2002, as Network Operations Manager. She was also co-chair of a TERENA Task Force on Life Cycle and Portfolio Management for NRENs.
